Coach Lauren is returning to AHS Jr. Raiders for her 4th feeder season and is very excited. Coach Lauren graduated from AHS so the feeder program holds a special place in her heart. In recent years, she has coached at IVC as well was A5. She cannot wait to share her knowledge and experience with the players in teaching them how to become better athletes. Coach Lauren believes there is nothing more rewarding than watching a player's growth.
